Marriage Counseling
Couples counseling, marriage counseling, couples therapy, relationship help…no matter what you call it, it all boils down to having a neutral and supportive environment for both partners to express their concerns and work towards strengthening your relationship.
Relationships are difficult sometimes and there is help for whatever stage you are in. Whether you just want a “tune-up” on your communication skills or you are facing harder challenges like infidelity, lack of connection and intimacy or frequent disagreements, I will meet you where you are and provide guidance and skills you can utilize to deepen your intimacy and connection with your partner.

Neurofeedback (also referred to as brain training) is a non-invasive training for your brain. Studies have shown that it is effective with concerns such as anxiety, performance anxiety, focus, emotional regulation, addiction and more.
